For those of you that shop at Costco regularly you may have seen they carry Mrs. May's Almond Crunch in the large 2lb bags. I love this stuff but unfortunately the Costco in Missoula doesn't always have it in stock. So today when Eric told me he was going to Costco after work I asked that he check to see if they had any in stock. On my way home from work I called to ask how things went and to see what he bought at Costco. The conversation went a little like this:
Me: "What did you get from Costco?"
Eric: "Food."
Me: "What kind of food?"
Eric: "The kind you eat."
Me: "More specifically?"
Eric: "The good kind."
Me: "Eric!"
Eric: "Popcorn, granola bars, the almonds you like."
Me: "Cool! Did you get me two bags of it?"
Eric: "Maybe." [This is Eric's answer for just about everything so no big surprise.]
Me: .... on to something else
So anyway, when I got home tonight I was pleasantly surprised that Eric bought me FOUR (!) bags of Mrs May's All Natural Almond Crunch. I love my husband!

Eric is darling. I love that he loves to "serve" you even in small ways. He is such a softie...but don't tell him that I know that!
I've never tried those. I should eat something health and "all natural" every once and awhile!!
