Dear Faithful Reader

Dear Faithful Reader,
I wanted to thank you for spending the last 30 days with me. I'll admit, blogging each day for 30 days has had it's ups and downs and, well, hasn't always been easy. Thanks for checking in on me and seeing what's on my mind or what my little family has been up to.

Faithful, some nights I sat in front of my computer at 11:45pm stumped about what to blog about, which might explain why some days my blog wasn't very fun to read. It didn't help that the battery on my camera died and so I had few pictures of Abbey to share.

But I had some fun moments too. When will I ever post another picture of a toilet on my blog? (OK, maybe if we remodel our bathroom I will.) And I loved checking two of my sister's blogs each day and seeing what they were thinking about and up to. I loved seeing all the pictures of my nieces and nephews.

Faithful, there are still so many things I could have blogged about. My new haircut and color. The scrape on my shin from my fall at the end of October that is just barely healing. Or my ankle that still hurts. Just about everything that happened at work. The rock the broke my windshield. The cold weather. Missing my parents who are in Peru. The work Eric is doing on our kitchen. The heartbreak I feel each time my little Abbey doesn't want to go to daycare. The wonderful feelings I have for a husband that is supportive and the most amazing father. And ALL the funny, cute, amusing little things Abbey says each day. (I'll admit I love this age--2 1/2 isn't that bad.)

[I wish I had Abbey on video camera comforting her ball. It was so cute! She'd throw it or kick it then run to go get it. Pick it up. Pat it and tell it "You're OK" in this cute little voice. She was obviously mimicking me when I comfort her when she gets hurt. Talk about priceless!]

But dear Faithful, even though there are still so many things to blog about I must take a break. I just can't keep up with blogging every day. I've got other things I've neglected and need to get done. (I didn't finish the book for my first book club meeting tomorrow! What was I thinking?!) Thanks again for checking in!
