Last week my friend, Lose, was in Missoula. Her husband, David, has a flooring company and he is in the process of redoing the flooring at the local Wal-Mart and Lose was in town for the weekend visiting. I met her and her two girls Caras Park--located in downtown Missoula. In addition to having a kids jungle gym (though I think they call it a castle) it also has a carousel. (see: http://www.carrousel.com/) We let the girls play for a while and then we took them on the carousel. Because the horses are very large and go up and down, I decided to play it safe with Abbey and not try and put her on one of them. It's hard to know if she had a good time going 'round and 'round. She did her usual: sucked her thumb.
After going on the carousel, we walked to a nearby resturant where Eric and David met us for late lunch/early dinner. It was so much fun spending time with Lose, catching up on old times, and getting to take Abbey out to do something new.

Cute pictures of Abbey. I didn't remember that she was a thumb sucker. Cute. That is awesome that you got to spend the day with Lose. I'd love to hear more about it and to see pictures of her girls. Did you get any? Sounds like you had fun.
